Birthday Girl

Gen had a very eventful 2nd birthday. She played outside this morning at the gym. She ended up bring home some pebbles from the play area in the cuffs of her pants.

We had birthday lunch at Red Lobster with Aunt Donna and a friend. They brought out our dessert with a candle in it and sang to Gen. We really need to work on blowing out candles before Saturday!

After a three hour nap we ran a couple of errands and went to Grandma Susan's to do yard work with Aunt Donna. Gen helped pick up sticks and pine cones.

Pete had worship practice directly after work. He got a few minutes with the birthday girl when we all got home at close to 8 pm.

Looking forward to the party on Saturday and hoping it doesn't rain. I have seen forecasts for 35 and 50% chance of rain. We'll wait and see.
